Raymond L. DesJardins Sr.

Raymond L. DesJardins Sr. - Owner

S-1 LICENSE
Ray started as a service technician and worked his way up to the Service Manager for a prior company. Not only does he have decades of experience, he has a mechanical ability and can troubleshoot problems others can't.  When that previous company sold, he founded RLD on his own in 2001.  
20 years and counting!!
Ray also teaches a barbell fitness class at a local gym and serves his community as a dedicated volunteer Firefighter for over 40 years!
Joe Weir

Charles-Service Technician

B-2 LICENSE
Charles was with us a couple of years ago, moved away and came back with a family! 
You'll be happy to see him when you need a service call-you can't help to notice his positive energy, day or night.  
He is diligently working toward his S-1 license!
Jason DesJardins

Jay-Service Technician

Jay has been with us for a while and his is now enrolled under the state of CT HVAC apprenticeship program. Dependable and ready for anything, he is always there to assist with your HVAC needs from installs to emergency service.

Paul-Assistant Technician

Paul is a key component to our team helping with HVAC jobs, but also household projects.  We hired him to help clean up business touch ups in homes and to help our customers with small home repairs, sheet rock and painting. Because of the pandemic, he needed more steady work and we needed help. We took him on full time and he will be learning the HVAC trade with our team, BUT he is available to YOU for any small construction needs.

Laurie, Office Manager

What can we say? Laurie is like family. She has worked with Ray at another company, and found her way back to be Ray's right hand in the RLD office.  
She is one of the reasons we have grown through the years! She does it all.
Now she works remotely from her new home in FL.   We prop her up on a screen and it's as if she is here. She has been with RLD since 2003, and we didn't want to lose her when she moved.  We made it work!

We knew Andrea from the gym we worked at and when asked if she knew anyone willing to work with us at RLD, she said yes...ME! 
We are thrilled to have her helping our customers as Assistant Manager. 

Michele, Assistant Manager

Michele has also worked with us at a previous company and remembered the HVAC business when she started up with RLD.  We are very lucky to work with her again.  She works with customers, while concentrating on keeping our service Techs on track with their hectic schedules.
